The following is
a list of Frequently Asked Questions that we have recieved from our
customers.
Q. What are your
shipping procedures for such goods that exceed in weight, and/or categorized
as dangerous, hazardous and/or damaged?
A:
All orders are shipped prepaid F.O.B. our warehouse. Additional charges
will apply on orders of excessive weight or size, and dangerous/hazardous
goods. Should you specify special shipping methods, the shipment will
be sent collect. Special C.O.D. orders require a deposit. Claims for
damaged shipments should be placed through one of our Customer Service
Departments.
Q: Do I need
a login and password to search and browse for parts?
A:
No. Electro Sonic's website allows users to search and browse for
parts without requiring to login by clicking on the search button
found on the home page.
A
login and password is only required when the user is ready to purchase
the part.
Q: I have an
existing account with Electro Sonic. How can I activate my account
online so that all my purchases are directed to my account?
A:
In order to activate your existing account for online ordering, please

Q: I had an online
login and password for the previous Electro Sonic website [prior to
May 14, 2004]. Will my existing login and password work with the new
site?
A:
Yes. As of May 14, 2004, all existing, past login and password that
were actively used, will be recognized with the new Electro Sonic site.
Q: I'm a first
time online shopper here. How do I get a login and password?
