• One weekend (2 nights) with all expenses paid (hotel, airfare, food, one show on Saturday)
  
• Date of the trip will occur in February 2006 (specific date to be determined)

• Each of the top five customers with the highest total dollar amount of Tripp Lite product purchased through participating distributors in Canada will win one weekend trip to Las Vegas
  
• Plus, each of the top five customers who achieve the highest dollar growth through participating distributors in Canada will also win one weekend trip to Las Vegas (comparison of purchases from 2004 and 2005 – same period, May 1 to October 31)
  
• Five additional winners will be selected from all other customers who purchase at least $1,000 of Tripp Lite product. Customers will earn one entry into the drawing for each $1,000 purchased to help increase their chances of winning
  
• Trip includes airfare, hotel, food and entertainment
  
• 15 total trips will be awarded
  
• Winners will be allowed to bring a guest who will be responsible for airfare, food, and entertainment—hotel room will be paid by Tripp Lite (assuming the winner will share the room with the guest)

• The drawing of five trips among all the customers that buy at least $1,000 worth of Tripp Lite product from participating distributors will take place at Tripp Lite's World Headquarters in Chicago (specific date to be determined)

• The distributors in Canada facilitate the customers' purchase information
  
• Tripp Lite is not responsible for the information sent by the distributors, including human errors or other types of errors
