Effective
at Lead-Free Temperatures Temporary soldermask is
applied over PCB through-holes and pads to prevent
soldering the protected areas in a wave soldering
process. WonderMASK® is designed to apply smoothly,
dry quickly, withstand high, lead-free process temperatures,
and then be removed easily.
