DESCRIPTION

1172L-SL005 is a two-conductor twisted-pair communication cable designed for low-voltage signal transmission and control applications. The cable features 22 AWG tinned copper conductors (7/30 stranding) with 0.010" wall low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) insulation, twisted at 8.0 twists per foot minimum, and jacketed with 0.025" wall LSZH material in slate color. It delivers a 300V RMS voltage rating with a characteristic impedance of 75O, making it suitable for audio, video, and data transmission in environments requiring fire safety compliance. The cable operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C and meets IEC flammability, acid gas generation, and smoke emission standards, making it ideal for commercial, industrial, and residential installations where low-smoke and halogen-free properties are mandated.
