DESCRIPTION

The AZ983-1A-12D is an 80 Amp mini-ISO automotive relay designed for high-current switching applications in automotive environments. It features a SPST N.O. (1 Form A) contact arrangement with a nominal coil voltage of 12 VDC, a coil resistance of 80 O (±10%), and a maximum continuous coil dissipation of 3.0 W at 20°C. The relay delivers a maximum switched power of 1120 W at 75 VDC maximum with silver tin oxide contacts rated for 80 A continuous current and contact resistance less than 50 milliohms. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a 7 ms operate time and 5 ms release time, this relay is ideal for automotive power distribution, motor control, and load switching applications requiring high reliability and durability in demanding thermal environments.
