DESCRIPTION

The 70ADJ-6-FL0G is a 6-contact surface-mount modular connector featuring male pins with a 4 mm pitch and low-profile rugged design. It is rated for a current of 3 A per contact and a voltage of 30 V DC, with a maximum contact resistance of 25 mO and a dielectric voltage rating of 500 V AC. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and maintains contact resistance below 50 mO after 50,000 mechanical cycles, demonstrating excellent durability. The insulator is constructed from glass-reinforced thermoplastic (UL 94V-0 rated), with copper alloy contacts finished in gold over nickel plating, and the product is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and other applications requiring reliable modular interconnection with high cycle life and environmental resistance.
