DESCRIPTION

The ARA200A4H is a sealed-type, single side stable relay featuring 2 Form C contacts and a rated voltage of 4.5 V DC, designed for high-frequency applications up to 1 GHz with 50O impedance. It delivers 3 W carrying power at 1 GHz and exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics including maximum insertion loss of 0.3 dB, minimum isolation of 20 dB between open contacts and 30 dB between contact sets, and a maximum V.S.W.R. of 1.2. The relay has a compact low-profile surface-mount design measuring 9.7 mm (W) × 14.7 mm (L) × 5.9 mm (H), with a nominal operating power of 140 mW and high contact reliability rated for a minimum of 107 electrical cycles at 10 mA 10 V DC. It is ideal for measurement and communication applications such as oscilloscope attenuator circuits and antenna switching systems.
