DESCRIPTION

The 1173C-SL005 is a three-conductor twisted cable assembly manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for low-voltage signal and control applications. It features 22 AWG tinned copper conductors (7/30 stranding) with individual 0.010" nominal PVC insulation, color-coded black, red, and white per Alpha Wire Color Code D. The three conductors are twisted together at a minimum rate of 8.0 twists per foot and enclosed in a 0.032" nominal PVC jacket with a nominal outer diameter of 0.172 inches. The cable is rated for 300 V RMS operation over a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, with a maximum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and a maximum pull tension of 16.5 lbs. This construction makes it suitable for instrumentation, control systems, and general-purpose wiring where flexibility and reliable signal transmission are required.
