DESCRIPTION

The 6718-VI001 is a single-conductor 12 AWG hookup wire manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for general-purpose electrical connections in industrial and commercial applications. The wire features a tinned copper conductor with a 0.012-inch nominal wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It is rated for 600V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards, with VW-1 flame rating and halogen-free construction. The wire operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and a maximum pull tension of 51 lbs. This product is ideal for control circuits, instrumentation, and general wiring applications where RoHS compliance and flame-retardant properties are required.
