DESCRIPTION

2800.0 is a yellow-colored insulated ferrule designed for terminating dual 10 AWG (2x6.0 mm²) stranded flexible wire. The ferrule features a stripping length of 18.0 mm and is constructed with specific dimensional specifications: dimension A of 23.0 mm, dimension B of 12.0 mm, dimension C of 5.0 mm, dimension D1 of 6.2 mm, and dimension D2 of 11.4 mm. This ferrule prevents conductor breakage due to bending, wire stress, and vibration while facilitating reliable wire insertion into terminal clamps and circuit breakers. The product is tested according to CSA Std C22.2 No. 65-93, CSA Std C22.2 No. 188-M1983, ANSI/UL Std No. 486A, and ANSI/UL Std No. 486C, ensuring compliance with industry standards for wire connectors and splicing applications.
