DESCRIPTION

The 2027-15-SMLF is a precision gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protector designed for compact surface-mount applications. This 2-electrode device features an 8 mm diameter and 6 mm length, with a DC sparkover voltage of 150 V (±15% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover ratings of 350 V (100 V/µs) and 575 V (1000 V/µs). The device exhibits low capacitance (<1 pF at 1 MHz), high insulation resistance (>10¹° O), and a glow-arc transition current of <0.5 A, providing stable breakdown throughout its operational life. It is compatible with pick-and-place assembly systems and operates reliably over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it ideal for surge protection in telecommunications, industrial electronics, commercial electronics, and automotive/aircraft/military applications.
