DESCRIPTION

The 4308R-102-473LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns. This device incorporates 4 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value (47 kO) with ±2% tolerance, each connected between two pins, and features a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment. The network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C and a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C. The device meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%), with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 megohms minimum. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination and superior package integrity make it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, compact resistor networks are required.
