DESCRIPTION

PWR263S-35-4R00F is a 35W thick film power resistor from Bourns' PWR263S-35 Series, designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuit applications. This surface mount resistor features a 4 O resistance value with ±1% tolerance and is housed in a D²PAK (TO263) package with the resistor electrically isolated from the backplate. It offers low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, and operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C. The device is manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology and is both RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power management applications.
