DESCRIPTION
The 944L101K801AAM is a Type 944L low-inductance DC link capacitor specifically engineered for fast-switching power conversion applications including DC fast EV charging, solar inverters, and motor drives. This capacitor features a 100 µF capacitance at 800 Vdc rated voltage with low-loss winding technology that achieves up to 60% lower equivalent series inductance (ESL) compared to conventional designs. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum ripple current of 90 A at 55°C, typical ESR of 0.5 mO at 10 kHz, and a resonant frequency of 160 kHz. Its rugged plastic case (UL94V-0) with integrated mounting flanges and M8 threaded stud termination enables secure, easy installation in high power-dense inverter designs. The capacitor is ideal for applications requiring higher switching frequencies and reliable performance in demanding thermal environments.
