DESCRIPTION
MS3102R22-2P is a circular connector with threaded coupling designed to meet MIL-DTL 5015 specifications. It features a box mounting receptacle shell style with pin gender, shell size 22, and contact arrangement 22-2, accommodating 3 contacts of size 8 with solder cup termination and hard silver plating. The connector is rated for 74 A at +20°C with a contact resistance of 1 mO, operates across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and provides an insulation resistance exceeding 1000 MO with a test voltage of 2500 Vrms. It features an aluminum alloy shell with olive drab chromate coating over cadmium plating, neoprene insulation and grommet material, and achieves IP65 protection rating with 500 hours salt spray resistance and a minimum of 500 mating cycles. This connector is ideal for military and aerospace applications requiring reliable, high-current connections in demanding environmental conditions.
