DESCRIPTION

KSC151JLFS is a sealed tactile switch from the KSC1 Series designed for surface-mount technology (SMT) applications with a compact 6.2 x 6.2 mm footprint and 2.5 mm height without actuator. This switch features an operating force of 5.5 ± 1.4 N, a travel distance of 0.35 ± 0.15 mm, and an operating life of 100,000 cycles, delivering positive tactile feedback with high responsiveness. The device is rated IP67 for sealed operation and supports lead-free soldering with gold-plated terminations, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. With a maximum voltage rating of 32 VDC and contact resistance of = 100 mO, this switch is well-suited for industrial electronics, consumer products, instrumentation, and transportation applications where durability and consistent performance in harsh environments are required.
