DESCRIPTION
The MM74HC74AM is a dual D-Type flip-flop with independent preset and clear functions, utilizing advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It features a wide power supply range of 2V to 6V, a low quiescent current of 40µA maximum, and a typical propagation delay of 20 ns. This device possesses the high noise immunity and low power consumption characteristic of CMOS ICs, while also having the capability to drive up to 10 LS-TTL loads. Data present at the input is transferred to the output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse, and the preset and clear functions are accomplished by a low level at the appropriate input, independent of the clock.
