DESCRIPTION

The MUSS100-06-C_E is a MAS-CON Series 100 header connector featuring a 2.54 mm pitch with 180° unbreakable construction, integrated locking mechanism, and polarization to ensure correct mating orientation. This connector is rated for 3.0 A per contact with a maximum contact resistance of 20 mO and withstands 1000 V AC for one minute, with an insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum. The connector operates reliably across -40 °C to +105 °C and utilizes copper alloy contacts plated with tin over nickel (gold available on request), housed in a PA66 GF insulator material rated UL94 V-0. The 06-position variant is supplied in bags of 100 units and is recommended for wave soldering with a peak temperature of 235 ± 5 °C. This connector is ideal for reliable PCB interconnections in industrial control, consumer electronics, and embedded systems requiring secure, polarized connections.
