DESCRIPTION

1-284391-2 is a Euro Style terminal block connector designed for PCB mounting applications. This connector is part of TE Connectivity's Euro Style terminal block family, which features various wire termination methods including rising cage clamp, wire protector, spring, IDC, and crimp snap options. The design supports both one-piece board mount terminal blocks and two-piece plug connectors with mating headers. These connectors are stackable end-to-end without loss of centerline spacing and feature built-in interlocks for ease of assembly. Common applications include industrial controls and general-purpose PCB interconnection where reliable wire-to-board connections are required.
