DESCRIPTION

1-5748831-1 is a 78-position vertical receptacle connector from the TE Connectivity AMPLIMITE HD-22 series, designed for high-density interconnect applications. The connector features a glass-filled PBT housing rated UL 94V-0 for flame retardancy, with phosphor bronze contacts having 30µ" minimum gold plating in the mating area and 120µ" minimum tin plating on solder tails over 50µ" minimum nickel underplate. It includes boardlocks (2 places), #4-40 fixed female screwlocks, and #4-40 threaded inserts for secure PCB mounting. Key dimensions include 67.0±0.38mm length, 52.2±0.19mm width, and 15.3±0.25mm height. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable high-density signal connections with robust mechanical mounting.
