DESCRIPTION

794210-1 is a 20-circuit dual row vertical pin header connector designed for use with Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK 2 plug housings using socket contacts. The connector features an A dimension of 1.881 inches (42.95 mm) and is available with either tin or duplex plating finishes. Tin finish is plated with a minimum of 0.000150 inches (0.00381 mm) tin over 0.000050 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel underplate on the entire contact, while duplex finish includes 0.000030 inches (0.000762 mm) minimum gold in the mating area and matte tin on the solder tail end over the same nickel underplate. This connector is commonly used in applications requiring reliable multi-circuit interconnections with standardized mating interfaces, offering both drain hole and non-drain hole configurations for flexible PCB integration.
