DESCRIPTION

The DTP04-4P-E003 is a 4-position in-line receptacle connector from the DEUTSCH DT Family, designed for rugged industrial and commercial transportation applications. This connector features environmental sealing capabilities with wire sealing ranges accommodating 14–20 AWG (2.0–0.5 mm²) wire sizes using standard seals, and supports reduced diameter E-seals for thinner wire insulation (1.35–3.05 mm OD). The receptacle is configured with 4 cavities and measures 1.868 inches (47.45 mm) in overall length, 0.797 inches (20.24 mm) in height, and 0.820 inches (20.83 mm) in width. It is commonly used in harsh environments where moisture, dirt, salt, and road debris protection is critical, and pairs with the DTP06-4S plug connector for complete mated assemblies. The connector supports various modifications including welded flanges, sealed flanges with gaskets, and shrink boot adapters to meet diverse installation and environmental requirements.
