DESCRIPTION

102619-3 is a shrouded header assembly, MOD II design, featuring a double-row vertical configuration with four-sided shrouding and 0.100" x 0.100" contact center line spacing. The assembly utilizes 0.025" square phosphor bronze posts with gold plating (0.000015") in the contact area and matte tin plating (0.000100"-0.000200") on the solder tail, with an overall nickel finish of 0.000050". The housing is constructed from flame-retardant thermoplastic material in black color. Recommended hole layout specifies 0.100" ±0.003" diameter holes with 0.035" ±0.003" diameter typical spacing, and a solder tail dimension of 0.080" +0.010"/-0.000". This connector is designed for reliable PCB interconnection in applications requiring robust mechanical and electrical performance with standardized pitch spacing.
