DESCRIPTION

The 103906-4 is a wire receptacle housing component of the TE Connectivity AMPMODU MTE interconnect system, designed for wire-to-board and wire-to-wire applications. This receptacle housing accommodates 5-position configurations and integrates with IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact) or crimp snap-in contact systems to meet diverse customer requirements. The housing features latching and polarization capabilities, with coupling shrouds enabling ganging of smaller assemblies with guide ribs to form larger single or double-row connectors. Operating across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, the 103906-4 is suitable for demanding industrial applications including medical instruments, computers, copiers, commercial printers, appliances, and automotive controls. The 100 mil centerline spacing and available plating options (15 µ" Au, 30 µ" Au, or Matte Tin) provide flexibility for various circuit board designs and environmental requirements.
