DESCRIPTION

1-102155-0 is a universal ejection style pin header designed for military applications with center and dual polarized configurations. It features a post length of 3.94 mm [.155 inches] and 2.54 mm [.100 inches] center spacing, with duplex contact plating consisting of 0.00058 mm [.00015 inches] gold on the mating end and 0.00254–0.00508 mm [.000100–.000200 inches] bright tin-lead on the termination end, with entire contact underplated 0.00127 mm [.000050 inches] nickel. The pin header is designed for PC board mounting with a recommended hole diameter of 0.89 mm [.035 inches] for soldering and accommodates PC board thicknesses of 3.18 mm [.125 inches]. This connector is commonly used in military and aerospace applications requiring reliable, polarized interconnections with universal ejection mechanisms for secure mating and demating operations.
