DESCRIPTION

1-176975-1 is a 2-position tab header assembly (V Type) from the AMP Universal Power Connector series with 3.96mm pitch. The header housing is constructed from 6/6 nylon glass filled material with UL94V-0 flammability rating, and the tab contacts feature brass with tin plating. This Type 1 variant has tine dimensions of 0.64 x 0.64mm (thickness x width) and is designed for PCB thickness of 1.6mm, with punched hole diameter of 0.95±0.05mm or drilled hole diameter of 1.10±0.05mm. The housing color is natural, and it mates with plug housing 176271-X and receptacle contacts 175151-X (AWG#26-#22) or 175152-X (AWG#20-#16). This connector is suitable for power connection applications requiring reliable board-to-wire interconnections.
