DESCRIPTION

1-322338-1 is a high-temperature ring tongue terminal designed for extreme thermal environments up to 1200°F (649°C). The terminal accommodates wire sizes 16–14 AWG (2,050–5,180 circular mils) with a tongue material thickness of 0.033 inches (0.84 mm) and features an Alumel body material with green sleeve color coding for identification. It employs the proven "W" and "C" crimp design and supports both solid and stranded conductors with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm). The terminal is available in multiple stud sizes (6, M3.5, 8, M4, 10, 1/4, M6, 3/8) with dimensions optimized for reliable electrical connections in high-temperature applications such as aerospace, industrial furnaces, and high-temperature instrumentation where vibration, corrosion, and thermal stress are critical concerns.
