DESCRIPTION

The 170021-2 is a Shur-Plug 180 crimp wire terminal designed for secure electrical connections in discrete wire applications. It features a 4.7 mm [0.185 in] mating pin diameter and accommodates 20–14 AWG wire sizes (0.5–2.27 mm² or 1021–4106 CMA) with compatible insulation diameters of 2.2–3.1 mm. The terminal has an overall length of 18 mm [0.708 in], an open barrel design, and is tin-plated for corrosion resistance with a material thickness of 0.4 mm [0.016 in]. This uninsulated terminal is designed for stranded wire and provides reliable mechanical attachment with wire insulation support. It is commonly used in automotive, industrial, and telecommunications applications where dependable crimp connections are essential.
