DESCRIPTION

350873-3 is a phosphor bronze pre-tinned pin contact designed for 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board applications. This contact is engineered for wire sizes 20-14 AWG (5.2-10 mm²) with an insulation diameter range of 0.130-0.200 inches (1.80 mm) and features a pin length dimension of 0.780 inches (20.57 mm) and a socket length of 0.781 inches (19.81 mm). The contact utilizes phosphor bronze material with pre-tin finish, providing excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance for reliable power circuit connections. These connectors are specifically designed for power applications in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where the compact 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing enable space-efficient integration with integrated locking mechanisms and bubble-release design features.
