DESCRIPTION

794612-3 is a pin contact terminal for the TE Connectivity Micro MATE-N-LOK 3 mm connector system, designed for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections. This loose piece pin contact accommodates 20-24 AWG wire (0.50-0.20 mm²) with insulation diameters ranging from 0.89 to 1.52 mm, and supports current ratings up to 5 Amps maximum per line. The contact is available with multiple plating options including tin (PN-1), 15 µm gold (1-PN-1), and 30 µm gold (1-PN-2) finishes to meet various application requirements. The connector system is UL, CSA, and VDE approved with multiple flammability options including UL 94 V-0 and V-2, making it suitable for household appliances, lighting, factory automation, data storage, gaming, vending, garage door openers, and security systems.
