DESCRIPTION

87215-1 is an unshrouded double-row header connector from the AMPMODU interconnection system designed for standard PCB mounting applications. It features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing in both rows and is available in multiple position configurations ranging from 8 to 80 positions. The connector utilizes 0.035 inch diameter posts with tin or nickel plating options, and is designed for use with 0.055 inch minimum thickness PCBs with recommended hole layouts provided. This header is commonly used in electronic equipment requiring reliable multi-row signal distribution and power distribution connections, offering flexibility through various plating options and breakaway configurations.
