DESCRIPTION

The HD34-24-31PE is a 31-position HD30 series circular DIN receptacle connector designed for industrial and commercial transportation applications. This connector features a 24 shell size with reduced diameter (E-Seal, blue ring) wire seals to accommodate wire insulation outside diameters ranging from 0.053 to 0.105 inches (1.35 to 2.62 mm) for size 16 contacts (14–20 AWG, 2.0–0.5 mm²). The connector is configured as a receptacle with pin contacts and includes environmental sealing capabilities for protection against dirt, moisture, and pressure washing. The HD30 series connectors are engineered for reliable mating and demating in demanding environments, with optional protective dust caps, strain relief backshells, and slip-on boots available to enhance durability and aesthetics. Common applications include vehicle electrical systems, agricultural equipment, and industrial control systems where robust, sealed connections are essential.
