DESCRIPTION

DB3A-B1RC is a subminiature snap action switch designed for low-current control applications. This SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch features a 0.1A 250VAC rating according to EN61058-1 and 0.1A 125/250VAC rating per UL1054, with a mechanical life of 15 × 106 cycles. The switch incorporates a thermoplastic base and cover (PBT, UL 94 V-0), stainless steel spring, and silver-nickel or gold crosspoint contacts, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. Key operational characteristics include a maximum operating force of 60 cN, pretravvel of 0.157 inches (4.0 mm), operating point of 0.1057 inches (10.8 mm), and minimum overtravel of 0.079 inches (2.0 mm). This switch is ideal for precision control in instrumentation, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment where reliable low-current switching and high repeat accuracy are required.
