DESCRIPTION
The 76384-402LF is a RoHS-compliant miniature connector header designed for applications requiring reliable mating and unmating cycles. It features a thermoplastic glass-filled flame-retardant housing (UL 94 V-O, black color) with copper alloy terminals and supports 2 to 18 positions per row with 2.54 mm pitch spacing. The product incorporates a mini push-out force terminal design with 22 N force in both directions, ensuring secure connections and easy removal. The lead-free plating consists of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting RoHS compliance requirements. The housing withstands 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards, making it suitable for automated assembly processes in industrial and consumer electronics.
