DESCRIPTION

CP40247 is a Peltier thermoelectric module designed for precise temperature control in compact cooling applications. It features a maximum input voltage of 3.8 Vdc at 4.0 A maximum input current, with an internal resistance of 0.77 × 10³ O measured by AC 4-terminal method at 25°C. The module delivers a maximum heat absorption (Qmax) of 7.5 W at sink temperature of 27°C and 8.3 W at 50°C, with a maximum temperature differential (?Tmax) of 68°C at 27°C and 75°C at 50°C. The device measures 20 ± 0.3 mm in length and width with a thickness of 4.6 ± 0.1 mm, featuring ceramic plates made of 96% AL2O3 and tin-plated 20 AWG wire leads. This solid-state device provides quiet operation and precise temperature control, making it ideal for medical instruments, laboratory equipment, thermal management in compact electronics, and precision cooling applications where reliability and compact form factor are essential.
