DESCRIPTION

TB001-500-04BE is a 4-pole horizontal terminal block designed for secure wire-to-board connections with a 5.0 mm pitch and slot-type screw terminals. The device features a PA66 (UL94V-0) housing with copper alloy contacts plated in tin, stainless steel springs, and zinc-plated steel screws, ensuring durability and reliable electrical performance. It is rated for 300 V (UL) / 250 V (IEC) per contact with a maximum current rating of 15 A (UL) / 24 A (IEC), withstanding voltage of 2500 Vac, and contact resistance of 20 mO. The terminal block operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and meets UL 1059 and EN 60998 safety standards with RoHS compliance. It accommodates wire sizes from 22–12 AWG (UL) or 2.5 mm² (IEC) with a recommended strip length of 5–6 mm and M3 screw torque of 0.5 N·m. This terminal block is ideal for industrial control systems, power distribution panels, and automation equipment requiring reliable, compact connections.
