DESCRIPTION

ACR1004U-EVB is an evaluation board designed to facilitate engineering evaluation of the ACR1004U UWB chip antenna. The board operates in a typical frequency range of 3 GHz to 6 GHz and features an SMA connector for connection to a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) for antenna performance testing. The evaluation board measures 45 x 18 x 1 mm and includes a pi-network matching circuit with a 50 O transmission line designed according to PCB thickness and material specifications. The board requires a metal/ground clearance area of 15 x 18 mm and is RoHS/RoHS II compliant. This evaluation board is ideal for engineers developing UWB applications who need to characterize and validate chip antenna performance before final PCB integration.
