DESCRIPTION

AOCJY3A-100.000MHZ-E is an oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) from the AOCJY3 series designed for high-precision timing applications. It operates at 100.000 MHz with a CMOS output waveform and features an SC-Cut, high "Q" resonator-based design for exceptional stability. The oscillator offers frequency stability of ±10.00 ppb over -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range (Option "E"), with excellent phase noise performance of -140 dBc/Hz typical at 100 Hz offset. It operates from a 5.00V supply voltage with steady-state power consumption of 1.20 Watts maximum and is housed in a 25.4 x 25.4 x 13.0 mm RoHS compliant reflow-able package. Common applications include cellular infrastructure, radar systems, test and measurement equipment, and GPS tracking with precision hold-over accuracy.
