DESCRIPTION
AX7MCF1-2100.0000C is a ClearClock power-optimized crystal oscillator designed for high-frequency applications requiring low jitter and minimal power consumption. The device features 0.125ps typical RMS phase jitter (150fs maximum for frequencies above 200MHz at 25°C) and supports multiple output formats including LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and CML, with frequency coverage spanning 50 to 2100MHz. Operating at 1.8V supply voltage with CML output configuration, it delivers maximum output disable current consumption of 67mA and offers excellent spurious suppression with frequency stability of ±50ppm or ±100ppm across the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The compact 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8mm footprint with industry-standard 5x7mm land pattern makes it ideal for networking, communications, RF systems, test and measurement, cloud/server storage, and high-speed Ethernet applications including 100/400GbE and PCI Express systems.
