DESCRIPTION

The 1856-BK001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical connections in industrial and electronic applications. It features a 20 AWG (7/28) tinned copper conductor with a 0.010 inch nominal PVC insulation wall, providing an outer diameter of 0.058 ± 0.002 inches. The wire is rated for 600 V RMS operation and maintains performance across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, complying with military specifications MIL-W-76B TYPE LW (90°C/300V) and MIL-W-16878E/1 (105°C/600V). With a maximum pull tension of 8.7 lbs and a bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter, this wire is suitable for control circuits, instrumentation, and general wiring applications where reliable insulation and temperature stability are required. The product is RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 compliant, meeting EU Directive 2011/65/EU and China RoHS standards.
