DESCRIPTION

The 2843/7-BK001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections and component wiring. It features a 26 AWG (7/34) stranded silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal 0.006" wall PTFE insulation, providing excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability. The wire is rated for 250V RMS operation and maintains performance across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, with a maximum pull tension of 2.18 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. This construction complies with military specification MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-EXBD8, making it suitable for aerospace, military, industrial control, and high-reliability electronic applications where superior insulation properties and temperature performance are required.
