DESCRIPTION

The 5476L-SL005 is a shielded 6-pair twisted-pair communication cable designed for low-voltage signal transmission in industrial and commercial environments. It features 24 AWG tinned copper conductors with 0.010" wall low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) insulation, arranged in 6 pairs twisted at 9.6 twists per foot minimum, with an overall cable twist of 3.7 twists per foot. The cable incorporates an aluminum/mylar tape shield with 25% overlap and a 24 AWG drain wire, all enclosed in a 0.025" wall LSZH jacket rated for 300V RMS. Operating across a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C with a bend radius of 10× cable diameter and maximum pull tension of 46 lbs, this cable is ideal for control systems, instrumentation, and data communication applications requiring EMI protection and fire-safe performance in confined spaces.
