DESCRIPTION

5855/7-YL001 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-reliability applications. It features a 22 AWG (7/30) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.030 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010-inch wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.050 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 600 VRMS and operates over a temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, meeting UL AWM/STYLE 1213 (VW-1) and MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications. With a conductor DC resistance of 15.1 O/1000ft at 20°C and a nominal inductance of 0.05 µH/ft, this wire is suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring excellent electrical performance and environmental resistance. The product is RoHS-compliant and meets REACH regulations.
