DESCRIPTION

The 65605CY-SL005 is a five-conductor shielded control cable designed for industrial control and signal transmission applications. It features 16 AWG (26/30) bare copper conductors with 0.022" nominal PVC insulation wall, arranged in a cabled configuration with 3.7 twists per foot minimum. The cable incorporates a tinned copper braid shield with 85% minimum coverage and is rated for 600V RMS operation with a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C (static) and -5°C to +90°C (dynamic). The outer jacket is 0.035" nominal PVC with oil resistance, providing a finished cable diameter of 0.449" ±0.027", and the cable meets AWM 2587 Class K and CRU AWM III A/B FT1 standards. This construction makes it suitable for flexible control applications in industrial machinery, automation systems, and environments requiring reliable signal transmission with electromagnetic shielding.
