The 65605-SL005 is a 5-conductor flexible control cable manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for industrial control and signal transmission applications. The cable features five 16 AWG (26/30 stranding) bare copper conductors, each with 0.022" nominal PVC insulation wall, arranged in a cabled assembly with 3.7 twists per foot minimum and an overall jacket diameter of 0.361" ± 0.018". The outer jacket is 0.035" nominal PVC with oil resistance, colored slate, and includes a tissue tape separator with 25% minimum overlap. Electrically, the cable is rated for 600V RMS with a capacitance of 29 pF/ft at 1 kHz (conductor-to-conductor), inductance of 0.18 µH/ft, and conductor DC resistance of 4.1 O/1000 ft at 20°C. The cable operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C (static) and -5°C to +90°C (dynamic), with a maximum pull tension of 102 lbs and a bend radius of 5× cable diameter.
