DESCRIPTION

The 6712-VI001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and flame resistance. It features a 24 AWG tinned copper conductor (7/32 stranding) with 0.0095 inch wall modified polyphenylene ether insulation, achieving an overall diameter of 0.043 ± 0.002 inches. The wire is rated for 600 V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1, CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1, and IEC 60332-2 flame behavior standards, with halogen-free construction for environmental compliance. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C with a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter and exhibits low inductance of 0.05 µH/ft. This wire is ideal for internal wiring in electronic equipment, control circuits, and applications where flame resistance and RoHS compliance are required.
