DESCRIPTION

6715-BR001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections and component wiring applications. The wire features an 18 AWG tinned copper conductor with a nominal 0.0095" wall modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing a total diameter of 0.067±0.002 inches. It is rated for 600V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 and VW-1 flame ratings, as well as CSA International C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards. The wire is halogen-free and RoHS-compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, a bend radius of 10X cable diameter, and a maximum pull tension of 12.6 lbs. This wire is ideal for industrial control systems, appliance wiring, and general electronic assembly where reliable insulation and flame resistance are required.
