DESCRIPTION

The 6715-GR001 is a single-conductor hookup wire featuring 18 AWG (16/30) tinned copper conductor with a nominal 0.0095" wall of modified polyphenylene ether insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.067" ± 0.002". It is rated for 600V RMS and continuous operation at temperatures up to 105°C, meeting UL AWM/STYLE 11028 VW-1 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards. The wire is halogen-free and compliant with IEC 60332-2 flame behavior requirements, EU RoHS 2, and REACH regulations. It exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 7.1 O/1000ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.04 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 12.6 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. This wire is suitable for general-purpose electrical interconnections, control circuits, and applications requiring flame-retardant, environmentally compliant wiring solutions.
