DESCRIPTION

The 74001-GR002 is a four-conductor shielded industrial Ethernet cable designed for PROFINET Type C and Category 5e applications. It features 22 AWG tinned copper conductors (19/34 stranding) with polyolefin insulation, combined with an aluminum/mylar tape shield (25% overlap minimum) and tinned copper braid (85% coverage minimum) for superior electromagnetic interference protection. The cable is rated for 300 V RMS at 80°C, with a temperature operating range of -40°C to +80°C, and meets UL AWM/STYLE 20549, CSA FT2, and ISO/IEC 11801 Category 5 standards. The outer TPU jacket is green with a nonwoven polyester tape separator, and the cable exhibits an impedance of 100 ± 15 O across 1–100 MHz with a velocity of propagation of 68%. This cable is ideal for industrial automation, control systems, and networked equipment requiring reliable, shielded data transmission in demanding environments.
