F2213IN-CL005 is a heat shrinkable tubing product manufactured from cross-linked polyolefin material, designed for electrical insulation and component protection. The tubing features a minimum supplied inner diameter of 3.000 inches, a maximum recovered inner diameter of 1.500 inches, and a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.050 inches, with an approximate 2:1 shrink ratio. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, achieves full recovery at 121°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C, and demonstrates excellent mechanical properties including a tensile strength of 1500 psi minimum and 200% minimum elongation. The product meets UL Standard 224 (600V), CSA International Standard 198 (600V), and AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications, with dielectric strength of 500 V/mil and volume resistivity of 1×10¹4 ohm-cm. Available in black, white, and clear colors, this tubing is ideal for wire bundling, environmental protection, and electrical insulation in industrial, automotive, and telecommunications applications.
